The cheese creamery features sleek design elements, including a corrugated roof, designed to capture the attention of passing cars on Nicholson Dr. and S. Bluebonnet Blvd. My external design exploration focused on connectivity and clean lines, utilizing ribbon windows and a single-panel roof. The creamery serves as an investigation into shadows and programming.
The arrangement of spaces prioritizes transparency, with showcase windows on both external and internal walls providing a view into the main production area of the creamery. Specializing in Louisiana-made Gouda, the creamery aims to produce and sell high-quality cheese.
